By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation.

Shipping times are subject to stock availability but are usually processed within 3 business days. Any guarantees or representations about delivery times are limited to the United States and may be delayed due to postal delays or force majeure, for which we are not responsible. If an order is out of stock, we will notify you within 3 business days and refund your money.

3. Pricing and Availability

Although we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices displayed on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to modify your order at the correct price or cancel it. Upon receipt of your order, we will perform a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The item will not be shipped until the pre-authorization check is complete. Your card will be charged once the order has been accepted. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

When ordering goods for delivery outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable duties, taxes and import fees.

For customer complaints, please contact us by email or post and provide your name, invoice number, address and a detailed description of the complaint. Isabella Henderson will endeavor to review and respond in writing within 30 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
